Monthly rent includes our full package of services and amenities all in one affordable, low monthly rental fee. Monthly rent includes three meals daily served waitress-style in our beautiful dining room. Meal packages can be tailor made for your particular needs by crediting $75.00 per month per person per meal from the monthly rent.

TO LEASE AN APARTMENT
A refundable security deposit equal to one monthly rental fee is required. The deposit will only be used to cover the cost of repair (excluding normal wear) to an apartment should it be required at time of vacancy. Upon securing an apartment of your choice, you may take up to 90 days to occupy the apartment.

At the end of the first year of residency, the residency contract will become month to month. During the first year of occupancy the residency contract may be modified or voided, if it is in the best interest of the resident due to health.
